Job Description
- Position: Administration Assistant
- Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week at the Office in Lismore and 2 days remote
- Schedule: Full-time, 6 hours/day, Monday-Friday, during school hours
The Role:
We're seeking an administration assistant who shares our passion for technology, sustainability, and innovative problem-solving. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of juggling multiple priorities, managing customer relationships, and meaningfully
contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties including responding to emails and phone calls from customers, suppliers and installers
- Provide administration support including managing deliveries, creation of documentation, calendar management, maintain contact lists and other correspondence
- Ad Hoc duties such as assisting with filming of videos is also required
- Manage customer service operations, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement. Sales experience is highly value
- Collaborate with our team to drive projects forward, meeting deadlines and achieving milestones
- Stay informed about industry trends in Blockchain, Renewables, and Permaculture to guide strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Passion for Renewables, Permaculture, and Technology an advantage
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust to new processes
- Adaptability and flexibility required
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and in office in Lismore and manage time effectively.
