- Relationship Building: Build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns professionally.
- Sales Reporting: Track sales and help meet team targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members for a seamless customer experience.
- Administrative Support: Assist with inventory and record-keeping.
- Education & Outreach: Support customer education on off-grid living.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and improve sales techniques.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in renewable energy or off-grid solutions is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and relatable way.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to new challenges.
