This site belongs to The Off-Grid Shop Pty Ltd (ABN 31 637 980 691), Lismore NSW 2480. We sell and install power systems. Your details interest us exactly as far as designing your system and never further.

What we collect

The design form collects what you type into it: name, phone, email if you give one, your suburb, how you heard about us if you say, and what you tell us about the property. Alongside that, the site sets two first-party cookies of its own — one remembering how you first found us (the search engine or link, the page you landed on, and any Google or Reddit click id on that first visit), one remembering which pages you viewed this visit — so that when you send an enquiry, it arrives with its context attached.

The site also runs Google Analytics tagging and advertising tagging through Google Tag Manager. Those tags measure visits and support the ads we run. Google tags can set their own cookies.

Where it goes

Form submissions land in our customer system (GoHighLevel), where our install team uses them to call you back and prepare your design. Analytics and advertising tags send usage data to Google. We don't sell, rent or swap your details with anyone. If your enquiry sits outside our service areas and you'd like an introduction to an installer who can help, we pass your details on only when you say yes.

Staff chat pilot

Spark is a staff-only chat pilot. When used, conversation content is processed through OpenAI and stored in our Cloudflare-hosted service. Contact details and enquiry summaries can be passed to GoHighLevel for follow-up. Avoid including sensitive information in chat.

Holding and removing it

We keep enquiry and client records as long as they're useful for supporting your system and as long as the law requires for business records. Want your details corrected or removed? One call does it.
